Brothers, are co-owners of Em Chamas Brazilian Grill. Sam has over thirty years of experience in the restaurant industry; Nick with twenty plus. Prior to opening Em Chamas, Sam helped open and manage restaurants in The Kansas City area. Nick had worked in restaurants since he was 16 and has since become a restaurateur and firefighter. Equipped with the know-how and the desire to open a new restaurant, Sam began researching ideas for a new concept.
